This trailer is robustly constructed, featuring dual 7,000 lb axles with electric brakes and an overall width of 102 inches for substantial load capacity. It's equipped with a 5" channel lace rail that includes pockets and a rubrail, offering versatility for various cargo types. The trailer offers two coupling options: a GN 2 5/16" adjustable ball or a kingpin, catering to different towing requirements. Its crossmembers are made of 3" channel spaced at 18" centers, ensuring strength and durability. The trailer rolls on tires sized 235/80R16, and it is supported by two 12,000 lb landing gears for stable loading and unloading. Safety is a priority with 5/16 Grade 70 chains and grab hooks. The trailer's electrical system is designed for harsh conditions, featuring Arctic wiring, soldered connections, and conduit protection. Visibility and safety are enhanced with rubber-mounted LED lights, and longer models include side signals. The decking is made of 2" treated wood, securely fastened with 1/4" Torx screws. Convenience is considered with steps and grab handles on each side. Finally, the trailer is finished with a sandblasted surface and coated with PPG urethane paint for durability and resistance to the elements.
